Meet the President & Director of Events: Molly O’Malia

Molly's inclination toward serving others began at an early age, fostering a genuine passion for hospitality. Her journey in restaurants and catering started at the age of 15, marking the beginning of her professional endeavors in the field.

After graduating from Indiana University in 2015 with a degree in Tourism Hospitality and Event Management, Molly dedicated herself to supporting small businesses across Indianapolis. Her expertise contributed to the development and execution of their event programs, enriching both in-house services and catering initiatives. In 2019, Molly assumed the role of Vice President at Tinker House Events, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's operations and growth alongside owner Brian Willsey. 

Fast-forwarding to 2024, Molly made a strategic move, partnering with renowned Chef Levi Kinney and Gordito's Rust Belt. Taking charge of the company's organizational management, Molly ensures streamlined operations, enabling Levi to focus on crafting exceptional culinary experiences for the community.

Currently serving as President of Gordito's Rust Belt and Tinker House Events, Molly actively oversees both entities' event management as the Director of Events, consistently delivering exceptional experiences for clients and partners alike.
